Re: Warrant for Arrest of War Criminals in Libya

I am writing to you from Libya Watch for Human Rights , which is an independent organization concerned with raising awareness about human rights violations in Libya. As I am sure you are aware, the current situation in Libya is very severe and there have been serious atrocities against helpless individuals being carried out by the Libyan President, his sons and a few of his aides.
The nature of the crimes vary from mass killings to with-holding medicines and medical attention from the wounded to torture to ????
It is for this reason that we are formally requesting that an arrest warrant be issued immediately for the individuals listed below as they have either personally carried out war crimes or have given out the orders for war crimes to be carried out.

- Muamar Abu Minyar Gaddafi
- Saif Al Islam Muamar Gadaffi
- Saadi Muamar Gadaffi
- Hanibal Muamar Gadaffi
- Khamis Muamar Gadaffi
- Abdulla Sonousi Al Migrahi
- Mousa Kosa
- Ahmad Gadaf-Al Dam

As you can appreciate this matter is of utmost urgency in order to stop the blood bath that is taking place in Libya and your prompt attention to this issue would be much appreciated.
